Kwang Uh is one of Los Angeles’ most unconventional and talked-about culinary projects whose cooking is a deep dive into the art of fermentation, was born and raised in Seoul, graduated from CIA in Hyde Park, worked at Daniel, Piazza Duomo and Nobu, and is joined by Mina Park, a Korean-American cook, restaurateur and writer who owns and operates Shiku and Baroo.
