baroo is the korean word for the bowls used by buddhist monks. our menu represents a life cycle inspired by buddhism and taoism, which flows with nature. the courses represent the continuous cycle of birth, growth, rebirth, decline and renewal. by living a life aligned with nature, we can understand impermanence and living in the present moment.
